Tom Williams
SVP, Client Services

Tom Williams is SVP of Client Services for KARMA Media Labs. His role is to optimize the client relationship, identify new business opportunities and integrate mobile marketing elements into campaigns where appropriate.

Tom brings almost 20 years of experience to KML, helping large and small companies attract and retain more customers by planning and executing creative marketing, branding and advertising campaigns with external agencies. He has also spent several years on the publisher side working with top national advertisers. His experience spans the mobile and wireline telephony, software, entertainment, and social networking verticals and has provided him a unique point of view, having worked on both sides of the creative table.

Prior to joining KML, Tom was Vice President of Marketing Communications at MySpace and managed an internal creative team, who created a wide range of marketing elements that helped close media and sponsorship deals with the top 150 national advertisers including McDonalds, HP and Toyota. Before this, he led all marketing efforts at Fox Mobile Distribution including TV, print, rich media, display, SEO/SEM, viral and social media for the launch of the first direct-to-consumer mobile entertainment company at a major studio. He was also a founding member of the Virgin Mobile USA launch team and helped to launch that business in 2002 by managing all branding, design, website development, packaging, merchandising, traditional and new media advertising programs. The online portion of this work was recognized several times, including receipt of the 2003 Internet Advertising Competition Award in Best Telecommunications Rich-Media Advertisement category for “Kick Santa” viral email campaign.
